ABOUT REBEKAH ELLEN PHOTOGRAPHY
Our Story
Since becoming a mum in 2018 to my beautiful daughter it became apparent how quickly our little babies change and grow. Adding in my love of photography made for the perfect combination in order to try and capture each and every one of their tiny fleeting details; leading to the creation of Rebekah Ellen Photography.
Fast forward to 2022. My maternity leave was coming to an end after the birth of my second beautful daughter, and instead of returning to my job as a primary school teacher I decided to pursue my passion in photography full time. I want to ensure that everybody has beautiful, timeless photographs to treasure; afterall, a photograph is a memory that you get to keep forever.

Our Sessions

Prices
I believe in honest and up-front pricing with no hidden costs once you've fallen in love with your images.
As a mum myself - I know how hard it is to choose between images of your children. I love ALL images of my children... smiling, laughing, looking at the camera, looking away, and all the personality shots in between! That is why I include a selection of all photos taken as part of your package.
Here is a breakdown of our current costs and what they include:
Birthdays: from £50
Outdoors: from £50
Seasonal: varies depending on location
Newborn: from £120
Session prices include: The session itself, and a digital online gallery containing your images for you to download. Please note - physical printed images are not included.
Some sessions may incur an additional travel cost depending on the location of the session.
All sessions require a non-refundable £10 deposit which is taken to secure your date/time, and is deducted from your final balance.

Terms and Conditions:
Upon booking a session with us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- Payments should be made on or before your photoshoot day. Delays in payment may lead to a delay in the delivery of your gallery. If payments have not been received within 1 week of your photoshoot, the images will be deleted. No images will be shared until full payment has been made.
- We will try our best to produce the best images possible during your session. However if your child refuses to participate in the session, resulting in little to no useable images being produced, Rebekah Ellen Photography will not be held liable.
- Rebekah Ellen Photography holds artistic license on all images that are taken. Therefore images will not be re-edited due to personal preference. If specific re-edits are requested, there will be an additional charge.
- All galleries are uploaded to the website: Pixieset.com. Your gallery will be available here for 1 week before the link will expire. Please download your images before the link expires. If you require your gallery to be re-uploaded there will be an additional charge.
- If you are having an 'at home' photoshoot, please ensure pets are not left unattended and ensure that they do not damage any equipment.
- Please note: Rebekah Ellen Photography owns all images taken during sessions (as per the copyright, designs and patents act 1988). All images that are purchased are for PERSONAL use only (unless previously agreed). This means that all images taken during photo sessions CANNOT be used for commercial use unless an agreement has been made. ALL images used by businesses or brands must credit Rebekah Ellen Photography when images are used.
GDPR
Privacy Policy
Rebekah Ellen Photography is a photography business providing photography sessions for families and children. As part of this, we collect the following data:
- Photographic images
- Contact details (names, emails, contact numbers etc).
We process images and personal data with consent from you and when a contract is in place as per the UK GDPR act 2018.
Your data is required to book, capture, and deliver agreed photography services. When consent is given and discussed beforehand, your images may be used for marketing purposes on social media platforms, our website or other platforms. Images will never contain any names of individuals in the image.
Images and personal data are stored securely, with access restricted to authorised personnel only. Data may be retained for upto 5 years (for marketing purposes) unless a request is made to delete data earlier than this (to make a data deletion request please email: rephotography2019@outlook.com).
We do not sell your data. We may share it with a trusted provider if requested by you; such as sending your images to a printing lab (if you have asked for prints to be organised on your behalf), who are also contractually bound to GDPR compliance.
